Enyonam is a resources and environment law and research expert. She has researched extensively with the Legal Resource Centre where she participated in field research and data gathering in varied fields of law: land administration, tax and natural resources. Upon joining REM Law she has been involved in providing legal advice on corporate transactions relating to the legal and regulatory framework of the mining industry in Ghana. She has a rich experience in corporate transactions and compliance work.
Enyonam holds a Master of Laws Degree in Energy and Environmental Law from the Tulane University School of Law. She has worked with Bentsi-Enchill & Letsa as well as Ashanti Goldfields Company. She has been involved in the drafting of the Local Content Bill, and researched on various subjects including work related to the preparation of the petroleum sector regulations. Her core areas of practice are: Natural Resources, Energy, Environmental Law and Project Finance.
